The investment will depend on many different variables such as the amount of assistance you require to the type of package you negotiate. Our charges are calculated either by an hourly rate or by a packaged negotiated by you. The service fees are negotiated at our second consultation upon completion of the Service Agreement. Once you have committed to a package there is NO FEE for subsequent consultations. Phone and email contact is UNLIMITED.

By Appointment. We welcome after hours consultations as we realise that they are often more convenient for our clients.
CONSULTATIONS
After you call for a no obligation consultation, an Event Administrator will visit with you for approximately 45 minutes. The initial consultation purpose is to get to know you and or your corporate needs. Once you have completed the short questionnaire we can determine your requirements and begin the planning process for you. You now can breath a sigh of relief as Event Planning Services is "committed to your event's success".
